You will be billed on the last day of every other month. Then we ship boxes on the first Monday of every other month, and you get your box a few days after we ship. So, say you wanted our June 2024 box, here’s how the dates would work:
You would sign up when the cart opens between April 15th-30th
If you are subscribing for the first time you are billed immediately.
If you are already a subscriber you would be automatically billed on April 30.
Your box is mailed out on the first Monday of June – which in 2024 is the 3rd.
The gap between billing and shipping allows us to order product numbers accurately and ultimately that means we can keep your box price as low as possible.
Unfortunately, we don't have the resources to expand into masculine or genderless sectors yet, as we are a small startup business. In the future as we grow our fulfillment capabilities we absolutely plan to do so!

IMPORTANT: Please cancel by the 27th of the billing month. Cancelations cannot be made after you have been billed for a box, and that’s not our team being being mean, it’s because we have already ordered and paid for the contents of your box.
